An award-winning songwriter and vocalist, Jeannine Hebb has been studying, performing, writing, and rocking since age 11 when she truly began her endeavors as a musician. She started private voice, piano, and guitar lessons, learning from some of the greatest teachers in Boston, including Gabrielle Goodman (Songwriter and back-up vocalist for Chaka Khan, Roberta Flack, and Nancy Wilson), Kudison Kai (Back-up singer for such artists as Melissa Ethridge, Eric Clapton, Billy Joel, and Aretha Franklin), and Marlon Saunders (Bobby McFerrin, Michael Jackson, Shania Twain). By the time Jeannine was 13, she was touring professionally with a youth musical theater company, performing multiple shows throughout the Northeast.

| Jeannine graduated magna cum laude from Berklee College of Music, where she received her bachelor's in Songwriting. For two consecutive years, she won both the Berklee Annual Singer/Songwriter and Songwriting Showcase competitions. She was the recipient of the Frank E. Remick and E. Ione Lockwood music awards, both for excellence in music and vocal performance and she was awarded the Scott Benson scholarship, and Susan Glover Hitchcock award, for songwriting. Before graduation, Jeannine's songs and singing talent were featured in many large venue performances, including the Women's Musician Network Concert, the Faculty Songwriting Showcase, and "Storyteller's".

Jeannine has been seen both as a singer and a songwriter at many a famous venue in the Northeast including: Sculler's, The Ragatta Bar, Boston College, Harvard University, Bentley College, The Middle East, the Boston Institute of Contemporary Art, Don Hill's, the Bitter End, and Galapagos Art Space, among others. She's appeared as a featured jazz singer with jazz legends Ben Monder, Clarence Penn, James Genus (Saturday Night Live), and Tim Ries (The Rolling Stones). Jeannine has been a featured performer in the Boston branch of "Chick Singer Night", the 'national and longest running songfest for female artists', which has featured such artists as Norah Jones and Sheryl Crow. As a recording artist, Jeannine can be heard on many full length albums, including the rock opera, "Rock Buddha Rock", Sean England's self-titled jazz/blues album, and Ben Price's "Morning Songs". Her original compositions have been featured on the Boston College Show "The BC" (Newsweek, Fox 25 News), and her voice has been heard on many area radio stations, including Boston's WGBH. Her debut album is due out in December 2007.
